Great Beach Stay
Publié le 19 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spanish Main
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and a gym. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor. The Spanish Main was well maintained and parking was always available. I would recommend this unit to others.

Relaxing getaway

The home was sparkling clean and easy to access with a code. The owners checked in with us and helped right away when needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! It's close to all the attractions, too.

Wonderful Vacation
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location to Kennedy Space Center, beach and Historic Cocoa Beach. Great view from the balcony. Loved the boardwalk to the Ocean. Had a great view of the launch of the satellite. The condo has a great beach atmosphere and was well maintained. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Wished I had booked another day. We didn’t have time for the pool or more beach time.

Winter getaway

This is an older property but so close to the beach and the pool was warm enough to swim in even though the week was a bit chilly. Walking distance to some cool restaurants was a plus. The TV wasn't "smart" so we couldn't stream but that's minor. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Location was amazing as was the view of the ocean from our balcony. 15 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. Loved the fact that both my husband and I had our own bathroom. We had hoped to see a rocket launch but it was too windy so that was cancelled but it was not the property's fault. Overall we had great stay and would highly recommend!

Cocoa beach friends trip
