There was a boil water alert while we were there. Nothing the hotel could do. They did provide us with bottle water.

The cleaning people open our doors when we never checking out at 9 am . I had to go complain to the front counter. Last time we stay their in August we didn’t have hot water. We where told when we came back they are going to give us extra discount. The girl in front counter replied by saying” you already getting them cheap so why you complain.

I will be taking this opportunity to review with my housekeeping staff proper procedure for our departing guest. Also, I was greatly disappointed that you did not receive the proper attention when sharing your previous experience. Our expectation of our staff is at a much higher standard. Lies

I called ahead to verify a working hot tub. I was told yes, they had one and it works. Of course when I got there it was ice cold. Lying to guests just to get them to reserve a room is bad business.
