First, the door keys wouldn't work. Had to go back to front desk.
2. Stool wouldn't flush. Had to take lid off and do it manually.
3. Coffee pot wasn't plugged in and had to move cabinet to move coffee pot to another table.
4. Coffee wasn't drinkable, even with creamer in it.
5. Breakfast food could have been warmer. Coffee was good.
6. There was a long tear in one of the sheer curtains.

Friendly but understaffed
Publié le 17 déc. 2023 sur HotelsVery understaffed. Waited a long time for check in. Very little food available for breakfast. Coffee machine out of order. Head board of bed fell off wall. But staff was friendly and tried hard to help.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast served each day was a plus. The general manager Katrina was great, she gave me a list of places to go for lunch and dinner and her recommendations did not disappoint. All the staff at this hotel were kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently off the 169 highway. Clean, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast which is well kept.
