Pleasantly Surprised!

We booked this stay for a tournament in Albany. I had no idea what it would be like but we were so pleasantly surprised! The lobby was decent and has coffee, tea, and cookies available. At first the hallways made me worry that the room would be a little grungy, but it was very clean. Spotless bathroom and shower, super comfy bed, big TV, fridge, etc. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. And there was a man working there who had the most incredibly sunshiny smile and friendly greeting every morning. It made our day! Thank you!

We originally reserved a room at the sister hotel, the Clocktower, but there was damage to our room so we were moved to The Century. We ended up really liking it and would definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the stay included breakfast which was really good for what you usually get for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place.

I booked the room in April. The front desk said they attempted to get ahold of me to let me know there were no rooms available the day of check in. Said they were sending me to another hotel in free of charge. We got there and they said the Clocktower said they would cover half. Huge miscommunication and inconvenience.

Booked a room with 1 king bed and they gave us a room with 2 queen. When we asked about it we were told that it was right and that room was 1 king bed. The front desk associate claimed that the manager made the keys for the rooms. We wanted to make sure there wasn’t a change in price and she assured us that there was no difference in price.
