Toasters barely worked, and when staff was asked for replacement they appeared completely clueless. - The spa experience was good when it came to the massage. However “quiet” policy is not enforced and hearing toilets go off right next to the spa area don’t help with the experience. - Check out was the final straw. Desk staff was rude and dismissive of concerns, stating that the room “upgrade” was sufficient compensation for the troubles. "
