The check-in area was nice and modern. However, the rooms were in an older section of the hotel. It was a long walk for someone who has problems walking. The carpet in the hallways looked Dirty and unvacuumed. Their room Smelled like a smoking room that had been cleaned. The lighting was very dim. We had to turn on all the lights to have enough light and that meant going around and turning each one on individually. The bathroom lights were Difficult to do make up in. The bathroom showed The most need for renovation. While everything was clean, the overall feel and appearance of the facility scream the need for renovation and upgrade.

I got here at 9pm to check in and had to wait about 45min because the rooms were not clean yet do to staff shortage and our room cards did not work the entire first night, anytime we left the room a maintenance or security guard had to open our room for us! I felt bad for the workers at the front desk who had to deal with alot of angry guest for the same reasons.

WORST HOTEL EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never stay at this hotel unless you like to feel uncomfortable. The lobby has molding ceiling tiles, the hallways have dirty carpet and beat up walls, the elevators are sketchy, the furniture in the room looked like it was picked up off a street corner, and the bathroom had a cracked sink and disgusting shower. I would recommend spending the extra money and staying at the Sheraton next door!! I checked out of the hotel without a refund because it was so gross. The worst part was that the staff didn’t seem surprised.

Beautiful hotel booked through Expedia but couldn't be located at front desk. Very frustrating 😤
