Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and able to walk to restaurants. We were out late but was comfortable and felt safe.

Overall, it was a great experience. the restaurant was good and convenient, breakfast was as well. the people were friendly, place was clean and it was easy to get an Uber.

Building has seen better days. Walking in the building just looked a little shabby. Elevator smelled of oil. We stayed on the eleventh floor, there was trash and bits of paper in the hallway when we arrived and departed 3 days later.. Room smelled clean, looked reasonably clean but worn. Bathroom was small but clean and stocked. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was full of frost. We got the impression no one had used the room in a while. Restaurant was overwhelmed at breakfast, hostess was grumpy but the server was friendly. Food was unremarkable.

Our stay was good overall. My brother in-law & I have stayed here before & each stay is a good time. Front desk staff is always nice & welcoming. We were even greeted with breakfast coupons upon our check- in during our recent stay for the Columbus Crew home opener; that was a very welcomed surprise. The location is nice in terms of local eateries & bars. It is aboot a 20- 25 minute walk from the arena district but the walk is not bad; we actually prefer to walk to our events.

Refrigerator and Coffee machine in the room did not work. Went to get breakfast and learned that I couldn’t bring it to the room….. and that’s ok … I understand. What I cannot understand is the nasty attitude from the lady in the breakfast area. Killed the entire experience.

Heater issues

I was in room 313. I got back late Saturday night and my room temp was 78 degrees. I turned off the hvac system during the day because it wasn’t working right. and I walked into 78 degrees at 130 Saturday night/Sunday morning. When I put the “air” on warm air came out. The person at the front desk was nice and was able to get me a new room but after have to re pack everything it was a frustrating experience. Even the night before I had the “air” on but warm was coming out in the morning but it didn’t get that warm. I had to leave early Sunday and it was just an overall frustrating stay.
