The room was pretty clean, especially the bathroom, although the area under the desk could have used a vacuum. Everything worked properly: lights, ac/heater, and water pressure was good. The staff was nice. Hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained. I only stayed one night, but at the price range, for my upcoming trips to Columbus, I'll be checking out this hotel first.

decent stay for the rate and really close to alot of great shops and restaurants where you can literally just walk. I actually didnt see a hotel closer than this. Room was clean and I can see that they must of renovated recently. I am not a fan of carpet so hard wood floors were nice. check in was quick

We only stayed for a short period of time so we were only there to sleep and get up early then use the amenities no elevator so if you are handicap unless requested more level, upper level is inside entrance and lower level door outside entrance stairs were confusing closer stairs to the room and no parking spaces available for you to park. Had to park in the back.

Everything was pretty great for the price besides the comfort of the beds, i had to buy a foam top and a foam pillow but honestly im probably just spoiled other people might not mind the beds. The place was clean and the location is great

Room had food stains on chair upon arrival. AC is very loud while attempting to sleep. Hot water runs out almost immediately. Uncomfortable bedding. If you want bare minimum place to stay this a good choice but not much else.

I didn’t think it would be possible to be as bad as the reviews but I tried and found out it was. The property and buildings are falling apart. The lobby is always locked which you will realize is because there’s always drug addicts lurking in the parking lots. They do have security which is nice. When leaving for the day on Saturday there were 5 cops huddled around a door, trying to draw out a person from their room. There was no soap or shampoo provided in the rooms. I bought my own. They don’t clean the rooms in between nights or bring new towels. The one bright spot is when you call the number on the door to get into the lobby, the woman who eventually comes out to let you in is extremely nice. She seems unphased by any of this too. There’s a sign in the lobby that reads to the effect of, if you’re staying over 28 or 30 days, you have to check out and recheck back in. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to stay that long, let alone over a night. It’s gross guys. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else. Unless of course you want to feel like you’re staying in government housing.

It was a good stay; the only caveat would be the lack of breakfast—even a simple one, or at least some coffee. Otherwise, everything was fine!

If somehow your room gets messed up I hope you have patience. Front staff lady is more combative than helpful. I’m not really sure where my booking went wrong but hearing the conversation between Expedia and their staff was just awful.

The pillows were insufficient to our needs. The bathroom was too small; the shelves for soap and shampoo extended too far into the shower, and the toilet was way too low. The Wi-Fi was sporadic, and check to make sure the refrigerator is turned on. The floor covering was quite slick for socked feet.
