Motel dégradé, sale, des cafards dans les chambres. Nous avons été piqué par des insectes dans la nuit. Petit-déjeuner inexistant, le seule point positif, des draps de bain propre.

Office not open. Had to go to Ho Jo office. They did not have the rooms I had reserved. Did not seem to care. Finally got our rooms after showing them print out from Expedia. Had to beg them for towels. Floors filthy and gritty. No ice in ice machine. Had to get ice at Ho Jo. Will not stay there again. May not use Expedia again.

I am sorry for the inconvenience you had during your 3 nights stay with us. We have several signs that says check in for Super 8 is had Howard Johnson Inn. Both hotels are in the same parking lot. We are in the process of renovation and next week, we installing tiles in the ice machine area and a new ice machine. I wish you had come to us during your stay so that we could have taken care of the issues. Thank you for your feedback.

Terrible experience

I’m 76 yo and this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Broken knobs on hvac, disgusting chipped and stained toilet seat, insects, sad mattress, and broken furniture. A tv without volume control on the remote. We fled the room at 4:00am to resume our trip.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. We will address the issues with our staff and take care of it. However, we have brand new mattresses, new furniture and new LVP flooring. Our tv remote volume buttons are on the side of the remote. I wish you had called us from your room so that we could have moved you to another room. Thank you for your feedback.

Room was absolutely horrendous it smells and cigarettes hole in bed sheets. Me and my partner had to leave and didn’t even stay more than 5 minutes got our money back and got another hotel

Room was awful. Poorly patched holes, sticky carpet. It was clean for the poor shape the room was in. Two poor quality pillows that provided little comfort and zero wifi when I got back Saturday night as well. Drunk people partying loudly in the parking lot and beside my room with public urinating in front of my car. The trash and half eaten food thrown all over the grass areas was an extra nice touch. The empty cases of beer left on the sidewalk, that I tripped over as u was leaving, was a nice parting gift.
