Concan area cabin
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere is plenty of room inside and we loved sitting on the swinging bench under the live oaks. There were lots of birds at the property and we were close to some nice natural areas. The kitchen was adequate although a drying rack for the dishes and repair of the faucet would be good additions. The mattress on the bed we used was average. All in all it is a very nice place to stay.

Nice Getaway Spot Close to Garner State Park
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was great. Just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. The outside grill and firepit were a great and the covered outdoor area was great to play games on. Again great place.
A few things that surprised us was
1) Bath, hand and dish towels were not provided. Upon review it does say that in the FAQ that I missed but I would expect that as a standard for such places.
2) We only had 1 toilet paper and 1 paper towel.

You Get What You Pay For
Publié le 10 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayIf the rate is that cheap, lower your expectations. The picture is very misleading. They must've just built the place and then took the pictures. Cabin is old, decrepit. Lawn needs to be mowed, trash taken out, pesticides sprayed, and new lights installed at the front, so you can actually see what you're doing when you're cooking and roasting marshmallows. Pay the extra hundred or so to get a cabin on the river, it is so worth it.

Hi Blake, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following:
- We wish you would have reached out to the guest contact during your stay. They would have been more than happy to help with any issues while you were in residence to make your stay most comfortable
- Through collaboration with professional local photographers, our goal is to present the property accurately in our listing photos. We are confident that our advertising reflects the property appropriately
- In our effort to accommodate your needs, early check-in at 2 PM was arranged at no additional cost. However, due to this arrangement, the trash had not been collected yet, as our regular pickup time is at 4 PM. The trash was subsequently removed at this time
- We've never received any prior complaints about our outdoor lighting. The LED Edison string lights are strategically placed for a cozy ambiance over the sitting and cooking area. Unfortunately, we don't have floodlights for casual sitting
- We regularly treat the property for pests both inside and around the perimeter. Given the cabin's rural hill country location, critters can occasionally be present in the area

Cute cabin

The ac units get super cold at night bring extra blankets. Over all we had a great experience and will most likely use it again next year❤😁

The communication was above and beyond, responded to my questions immediately. Great wifi too, our service provider doesn't have coverage in this area, but it was no problem because the wifi was strong. Thanks again

Cute & Close to Gardner State Park
Publié le 27 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayCute two bedroom off main road 4 miles to state park. Location made it easy to go back and forth as desired. Cabin was clean and had wifi, charcoal grill, outside seating, etc. it was just two adults so it was perfect.
