Amazing time here! Service was outstanding for the most part. We had one blip and they immediately investigated. The restaurants and bar situation is kind of boring this time of year and the food is mediocre, but overall amazing time.

Generally it is a nice property - there is a significant lack of attention to detail - garbage cans overflowing, some areas lack the cleanliness they could have. Staff could be more enthusiastic - they all looked and acted exhausted. Our best experience hands down was with John at the bar and grill just above the check in counter. He and Emily were great. The rooms were well appointed and I appreciated the spacious and clean accommodations

We had an amazing trip & everything was wonderful except the astronomical $$$$ hole on my debit card that I used to book & pay. It took a good week to be reversed & locked up my account. I’d much rather pay a cash deposit. The adult comedy show was by far the BEST❤️

Waited 20 min or more for elevator every time we needed to use one. Beds are extremely hard. You have to call and ask for housekeeping to clean or bring you fresh things otherwise you will not get them at all for your entire stay. Was not worth the $5,000 I spent on my family a 3 night stay there
