Payment Authorization & Exclusions
By booking, you authorize Breezy Vacation Rentals to charge your payment method for any fees, damages, excessive cleaning, or other charges in this agreement not paid within 72 hours of written request. This authorization remains valid after checkout.
If damages or costs exceed the damage waiver coverage or security deposit, we may charge the card on file for the balance or submit a claim through the booking platform.
Damage Waiver Exclusions â Accidental damage only; does not cover: âą Damages/cleaning from unauthorized pets or guests âą Violation fees (smoking indoors, excess occupancy, noise, parking, etc.).. âą Guests are responsible for full costs of repairs, replacements, cleaning, and related fees for excluded items.

Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
By booking, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume all risks related to your stay, including use of stairs, balconies, decks, parking areas, pools, hot tubs, bodies of water, and outdoor/recreational features. You release Breezy Vacation Rentals, the property owner, and their affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses â including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the host or property owner. Children must be supervised at all times.

This vacation home is 36.5 mi (42-min drive) away from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
Everything you need with many thoughtful touches, including sound machines for sleeping. Great for folks with physical limitations. Gives new meaning to pet friendly even has a pet door. Outstanding place; it was immaculate and extremely well maintained.
I was asked half way through my stay if I would like to extend my stay for a discount. I happily did. Or at least I thought. I was supposed to get extended to Sunday. I was awoken Saturday morning by the cleaning service. And then phone calls asking me why I wasn't out of the unit yet. I had proof of them confirming Sunday as my new check out. Still was told I would have to leave cause another guest was coming at 4. This was one of the most unprofessional things I've encountered. As a vacation/short term rental your whole business is knowing when people are coming, staying and going. Was offered a refund for 1 day and a discount next stay(which I will never book again). This management company is a joke. Vacation was essentially ruined by this.
This house was great! It is very wheelchair accessible with the handicap ramp, open floor plan and large master bedroom and bathroom. The Communication with property manager was very easy and they replied promptly to any questions or requests. The neighborhood was good and the neighbors were nice. There's a fenced yard for dogs but be aware to have your dogs on a leash if you go out front. There are quite a few dogs that live in the area and roam around. The are lots of restaurants and things to do while in the area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
We needed a place to stay when the Big as Texas event was taking place (we were vendors). It was less than 5 minutes travel between the Fair Grounds and the house. Access to the house and to the host was easy. The host was very accommodating when I had to add an additional day at the last minute.
This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and remodeled inside. The neighborhood wasnât too bad, but I wouldnât necessarily say it was the best. However the people who were renting this were very nice and answered any and all questions that we had. I would stay here again.
Clean mobile home, newly painted and remodeled. There were no wash cloths so we purchased and I could not locate any smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. The Master bedroom and living room had television but the other two bedrooms didnât have television. Overall, home met our needs
