Quite, Peaceful & Serene, But So Close To All The Action!

This is just the start of the description of Serenity House! It literally takes 4 minutes to get to The Cooperstown Dreams Park. This rental includes everything you can imagine as well as some amenities you won’t believe!

**We do ask that during the summer baseball season, you limit your stay to 6 nights and follow the schedule as posted at Cooperstown Dreams Park**

This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath House can comfortably accommodate up to 8 People. You can rent Serenity House independently or with Serenity Barn across the street (Property # 2476664), to accommodate 6 more guests.

There is a Queen bed in the HUGE, PRIVATE Master Bedroom, A Queen in Guest Bedroom #1 and Bunk Beds in Guest Bedroom #2. In addition, there is also a Full bed in Guest Bedroom #3 which is located on the 1st floor for easy access. Each Bedroom has it’s own new flat screen TV as well as quality bedding for your comfort. There is also a new 55” flat screen TV in the cozy Living Room which also has a gas fireplace should you need it to take the chill off in the morning!

Absolutely every thing you need is provided! Amenities include:

Between games, enjoy your time on our patio with lots of seating for everyone as well as a Gas BBQ Grill. Or relax on the front porch over looking the quiet surroundings in one of our Rockers…..It’s up to you……

We have provided a variety of books, toys & games.

There is a Laundry Room on the 2nd floor for your convenience. We respectfully request you use only for the house guests.

While our home will not accommodate your team party, we can recommend a few places that will! Let us know what you need and we can assist you with the arrangements!!

Rent independently or with Serenity Barn across the street, to accommodate 6 more guests.

Just one more thing, please respect our Home by not smoking on the property. Thank you, and No Pets please.

If we have forgotten anything that you may need during your stay, do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to provide it.

Perfect spot for Dreams Park families! Quick 7-10 minute drive from the ball park, on the better side of town for restaurants, stores, etc. Was a great fit for my parents (they didn’t have to go up stairs), myself and 9 year old twin boys.

Excellent location

This was perfect, so close to Dreams park it was easy to get back and forth in under 5 minutes. The house was perfect, clean, and Melissa was great. Great stay for 3 adults and 2 kids thank you.

Cute Farmhouse- Wonderful Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown- the convenience and proximity to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown is unmatched! Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful- we had a smoke alarm go off in the middle of the night and they responded right away and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this property! Great house and location

We loved this house! It’s clean, quaint and cozy which was perfect for my parents, my son and me to stay for the week. It’s perfect for traveling back and forth to Dreams Park. My husband and son had to stay on site at the park so it allowed for them to come shower, do some laundry and get some AC before heading back to the bunks.

Amazing property

We were in town for the Cooperstown tournament and would have had a great time regardless, but this house made it unforgettable. Beautiful scenery, very well maintained and so close to everything - yet so secluded. Would highly recommend. Will try to book in two years when we return!

Great Cooperstown Location

We stayed at the house for my son's Cooperstown Dream Park week. The house is ideally situated between the baseball fields and downtown Cooperstown. Only a few minutes drive to each. It is a very nice place with all of the essentials. Very comfortable to stay in and quite enjoyable. Has a wonderful outdoor patio space with a fire pit and a grill. Would definitely recommend.

Perfectly adorable and charming home so close to Cooperstown. Made it convenient to go back and forth to games. Cozy and roomy! The check in process was a wee bit confusing just due to bad timing, but I would absolutely recommend this home to all!

Perfect House!

We traveled for the Cooperstown Dream Park and this house was in a great location, only about 7 minutes from the fields. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The house provided sheets and towels and was fully stocked with the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. THANK YOU!

Cute, comfortable, and convenient

Great spot for two families to share while we watched our boys at Cooperstown. House was very cute with plenty of space; kitchen was great to hang out and cook in, and we had everything we needed. House is super close to Dreams park, making the days easy and relaxing. And, the setting of the house is lovely - made for some beautiful morning walks before game time! Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here 8 years ago when our oldest went to Cooperstown. Back this year our 3rd son. The property has plenty of room for a family of 6, nice backyard, super close to the Dreams Park, nice views—just perfect. Hope to stay again if our 4th son goes! Thank you for everything!

Cooperstown charmer

We had the best time staying at this home during our sons week in Cooperstown. The house is perfectly situated to get to the Dreams Ballpark in 5 minutes or so but set enough away to enjoy some quiet downtime. Close to downtown for dinner or shopping. Rustic old farmhouse updated with modern conveniences. Wonderfully renovated kitchen, Wi-Fi snd Cable so we could watch the Stanley Cup while there. Go knights go! I’d definitely recommend this home!

Great Location, Good Amount of Space

This house was perfect for Cooperstown. You were only a few minutes away from Dreams Park. The owners are great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. They had everything you needed there at the house. Couple things to note: very buggy outside the doors at night, spider webs in the corners of the first floor bedroom and the first floor bedroom was damp, had to purchase Damp Rid. Upstairs bedrooms were good and the house was overall clean. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend, but highly suggest that the owners move the outdoor lights further away from the door!

What a wonderful home!

Our two families whose sons were part of Cooperstown Dream Experience stayed together at the house - so perfect. Each family got a space, the house was clean and well-kept, and ready for us to take over for the week. Would highly recommend to one large family or two families for a maximum of 8 sleepers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but we did not make use of it. The homeowners were very responsive when we had minor questions. Major highlight - the sunrise from the front porch on the rocking chairs. So beautiful and peaceful. If we come back up to Cooperstown, we’d definitely try to stay here again!
