This property is RIGHT off Route 28, only 2 miles from Dreams Park, but still tucked away with everything you need for a fun, relaxing trip. When renting this property you get 3 spaces, a chalet house (2 bedrooms/4 beds/2.5 bath) and a duplex (two 2 bed, 2 bath apartments) and a POOL!! So if you are multiple families that want to stay together but still have your own space then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!

The Chalet - Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bathroom. Full kitchen, living room and another full bathroom with washer and dryer. Upstairs is the loft that has is in a queen bed and a full bed. There is also a twin mattress tucked away on the floor for any extra guests who may need it. There is also a half bathroom upstairs.

The Duplex - Entrance door to each of the two apartments opens to the dining area, kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are located at the back of the apartments. There are two full bathrooms in each. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a king in the other bedroom. The sofa pulls out, and is an option for a third bed.

When renting this property you get the entire space to you and your group, the chalet, the duplex with 2 apartments, the pool, 3 firepits and 3 grills!

We both live here in Cooperstown and can be there if you need us but we plan to give our guests space and privacy

Woodview Retreat is just 2 turns off the main road, Route 28, in Cooperstown. This location is amazing because you are close to everything yet feel tucked away in your own little retreat. There is a spacious yard and woods behind the homes creating just stunning outdoor scenery.

Woodview Retreat is in Cooperstown, NY, best known for its ties with baseball tournaments and the Baseball Hall of Fame but also an amazing town for fishing, swimming in lake Otsego, kayaking and boating, the Glimmerglass Opera and just getting away into the country to relax!
