Alluring Lofty Condo In East Village PG310

Located only 150 yards from the Super Bee Chair Lift! This is a great property for a large group or multiple families. Recently updated kitchen and bathroom. The Peregrine building features a sauna and laundry facilities. Reserve today before it's too late to enjoy this 1,600 square foot condo!

The main floor includes the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The second floor has another bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, plus an additional twin bed. The second living room/loft area has a set of twin beds. The third bathroom is located off the upstairs bedroom. One car can park in the first-come, first-served outdoor parking. All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional fee during the winter (summer parking is free). The building also has a shared laundry facility located on the second floor next to the elevator, it is coin operated.

The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the townhome and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 25 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and takes you to either Center or West Village.

Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the 3rd week of December.

Copper Mountain East Village

A great location - a short walk to Super Bee lift. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The condo had plenty of pots and pans and dishware. Sadly, the oven didn’t work , but the stove worked fine. Loves the gas fireplace and games. Overall a great and cozy condo. We enjoyed it very much !!

Great condo within walking distance of ski lift

Nicely appointed and stocked condo within walking distance to Super Bee Ski Lift in East Village. Clean, reasonably up-dated unit which was nicely supplied with linens, a few basic cooking spices, plenty of plates/bowls & cooking utensils, portable fans and humidifiers. A nice big table for family meals & games (also supplied in unit) and a comfy living area for relaxing while watching a movie or basketball games (March Madness). The area has a complimentary shuttle which we used to go to Center Village for dinner (where most of the restaurants, shopping and entertainment is located). We would recommend and would stay again. The managing property company was readily accessible and provided great communication, as needed. The property also has a laundry room (requires quarters for washing and drying), a sauna and a hot tub for use.

Great slopeside option

The property was perfect for our group - two families with small children. The location was convenient to East Village and the Super Bee Lift, and the nearby bus stop provided easy access to Center Village and West Village. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals. The sleeping spaces were more than adequate. And the common areas provided multiple hangout spots. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Last minute ski vacation

Very nice property, well laid-out for 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids ages 3-12), in excellent proximity to the slopes. The one issue I have with this property is inability to use the ski storage closet - we had to bring all the equipment inside, which was annoying for such a large group. Also the dishwasher racks were broken, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property very much.

Great location

This is a nice condo but nothin fancy. The best thing about it is that it’s a five min walk to the lift or a 3 min walk to the shuttle that takes you the other villages and lifts. Super convenient. My stay was slightly disappointing because the condo was not ready until exactly 4:00 and even then it wasn’t the cleanest place. Seemed like the kitchen and dining area hadn’t been cleaned very well. But overall this is a sweet spot. I’d go again.

Well appointed, Close to Super Bee

The apartment is spacious and ia filled with every item a family or large group would need. Lots of kitchen items, tons of blankets and pillows, and humidifiers in every room that are helpful in the dry air conditions of the high altitude Colorado winter. A five minute walk to the Super Bee lift.

Well outfitted condo with plenty of space for family

This condo has two bedrooms downs stairs and and enclosed loft (very sound proof!) with lots of bunk beds and a separate sitting area and bathroom. I was very pleasantly surprised by the kitchen supplies, including sharp knives! The property manager very very responsive and friendly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed on the first night.

Summer vacation stay

This is a great property for large families. The upstairs loft area is perfect for the kids to have their own space to play. Everything was comfortable and management was very responsive. It is in a great location in Copper Mountain. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice location with ski rentals and bus stop very convenient. Condo handled 9 people well. On arrival, cleaning was average with some areas missed. No ski locker for guest rentals was a bummer.

Nice Place Great Location

Family ski trip to Copper. The unit was set up for family or families with plenty of beds and room for all. The check in process was great and they were nice to work with and answered all questions as needed. The only issue would be the parking at the place. We did get two passes to park there but it was first come first serve and not enough parking with full complex. We did get parking pass for lot A which is not for away. Overall experience was great and would suggest to friends to stay here. Thanks for a wonderful trip

Great Location and size

This condo was at the perfect location for us. We rented our skis from Christy Sports which is right across the street. The condo had plenty of room for all of 6 of us, and there is definitely room for at least 4 more people. The kitchen had everything we needed including basic spices which was very nice since we were cooking our meals at the condo. The one negative comment would be that the beds are all very hard. If you like a hard mattress, this place is for you. Those of us who prefer a softer mattress did not sleep well.

We loved the location. We loved the condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated. The kitchen was well stocked. The downside, the mattresses were so hard we all woke up hurting and did not look forward to our second night.

Great location, needs some updates

We stayed at PG310 for four nights with two families (8 people altogether). Nicely situated in East Village within a few steps of the shuttle to Center and West Village. Check in was incredibly easy and quick. Building itself is a bit dated but functional. Property was clean when we got in. Nicely laid out with a large upstairs space with two bunk beds and two single beds while downstairs had two queen beds. Kitchen is well appointed, books, games and a flat screen tv (printed channel guide wasn't correct but we figured it out). Biggest challenges for us were (i) inability to regulate the temperature in the property. Unless we opened the window or sliding door, the temperature was close to 80 degrees at all times; (ii) only one warm mist humidifier with clacification in the property, (iii) blankets were almost all pilled, very worn and made of polyester and pillows were flat and well worn as well.
