The hotel is very well located, allowing you to walk to all the main sights. Overall, the staff was friendly to us, except for the person at the reception on Saturday morning, who was a bit rude. The room was fine, although there were some cleanliness issues that take away from the overall experience. In addition, from the room you could hear (although faintly) the music from the bar downstairs.

room 307 was nice, only issue is quiet a large gap under the door out into the corridor, this left in quiet a lot of light at night so room was never in total darkness and it was like there was a light on in the corner. Same gap could also leave in noise thankfully not a issue on the night i stayed

The apartment has a good range of facilities, including a washing machine and dishwasher (with some supplies provided so they could be used). It was modern and comfortable and had effective heating. It was located in a great area of Cork.
