Our family friendly home sits on 2 acres, trail through the woods. Beautiful views from the front and back decks. Perfect for star gazing and bird watching. A fire pit and swingset for the summer and fire place for the winter. A perfect getaway for a family with children/teens or group of outdoorsy friends.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, beautiful breezes, large windows and amazing light. Located near hiking, golf, waterfalls, and farms - our home is the gateway to your dream upstate vacation. ***Feel free to reach out if you are interested in bringing your pet.***

The kitchen and sitting room, both have picture windows with amazing views of the back yard. Watch the birds on the feeder and the deer scampering in the tall grass. Or turn off all the lights and watch the fireflies light up the sky.

The living room features a beautiful wood stove and smart tv. Just off the living room is a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed.

Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom features an incredibly comfortable king size bed and sitting area. The second bedroom has a full size bed, rocking chair, and children’s books. The loft is STOCKED with games and toys. Toys provided are appropriate for toddlers - young children (wooden train tracks, duplo, cars and trucks). With board games for all ages.

There's a front porch with rockers for lounging and where we love to drink coffee in the morning and listen to the birds sing. The back porch is right off the kitchen and perfect BBQs and eating dinner outside.

The back yard is private and very quiet, with hammock for lounging, and a fire pit for all your campfire activities, and brand new playset with swings and slide for the kids.

There's a propane grille and fire pit for the adults. Lots of outdoor toys, books and inside toys for the kids.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except basement. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Please keep in mind that our beautiful home is over 100 years old. She’s a little eccentric but we know you’ll enjoy her as much as we do. Through out the house you will find items and souvenirs that we’ve brought home from our travels around the world.
