Le service à l’an reception est un peu longue ce qui cause une longue file d’attente la plupart du temps. Par contre, le service de concierge et des baggage’s sont très efficaces. Les chambres sont plus petites celles de Sheraton, l’hôtel juste an côté. En général c’est un bon endroit à rester. Je le recommande.

One night stay in countdown

There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave. Aside from this fact, the window view from our room was a let down due to the dirtiness of the windows, stains and dusts showing how long the windows were left without cleaning, the price weren’t especially cheap for the stay yet compared to my other stays in Sheraton, parisian and Venetian, we all got free upgraded rooms. Aside from these facts the rest of the services and gastronomic experiences were very good. Especially the room service hainan chicken rice that I ordered that night.

It is definitely discouraging to know that your experience was not pleasant as we were unable to meet the basic requirement of service. Please accept my apologies that we were not able to deliver the experience you were hoping for. We have investigated the matter with our Front Office Team and believe that we could have handled the situation better and definitely a re-training for the team members on this particular situation is a must. We make sure your comments will be shared to the management and through that we will strive to improve what we are lack of.
