Staff was a little impersonal - not unfriendly, but not welcoming either. The check-in process seemed purely transactional. The hotel room itself was in disrepair - exposed carpet tacks; lamps without shades; facial tissue plugging up holes in walls; disconnected smoke alarms. The bed linens were clean, at least.

Upon arrival to the hotel I was a little early for check in due to having a wedding and thankfully they were able to get me checked in even though it was early. My air conditioner was broken, my toilet did not flush, and my door handle was broken. I was not able to have a working toilet the entire time I was there even after letting them know it would not flush.

We had to be moved from our first room due to no AC and very dirty room. The second was some better, but not good AC. The staff tried to help, but not very successfully. Breakfast was very minimal. Our room had no towels and no shower curtain. They did bring towels upon request. The pool had not been maintained and was unusable. Very poor experience.

The room was in desperate need of repairs and maintenance. Smoke alarm was not installed and placed on top of tv stand. Carpets, sofa, and bed cover were stained. Holes in drywall in bathroom. Drain in tub was slow so after a 5 minute shower you were standing in 8 inches of water. Was asked for proof of ADA service dog but since there’s no documentation needed, I was forced to pay extra for my dog.
