Très bon accueil, beaucoup de conseils pour visiter Cozumel. Petit déjeuner correct.
Rooftop tres agréable et restaurant très bon. Chambres propres et simples.
Les chambres donnent sur la route qui longe la côte, c'est la route principale donc beaucoup de circulation et de bruits en continue. Pour notre derniere nuit nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir le bar juste en face qui a mis la musique à fond. Ça a débuté en fin de soirée et ça s'est prolongé la nuit. Impossible de dormir il n'y a aucune insonorisation!!!

We had a very good stay. The room was spacious and clean. It was super practical to have a fridge in the room. However, the road is noisy.

Great place. The staff is beyond friendly. A bit noisy since is right on the main hwy.
Breakfast included is really good.
I'll stay here again if I ever go back to Cozumel

Not a great stay
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe rooms smelled bad, hot water heater did not work. They did not come clean one of our 2 rooms at all. Very very noisy, could not leave door open. Even at night or very early in the morning. Overall we did not enjoy our stay.

Muy limpio en general. El personal muy atento.
La habitación se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle y de habitaciones contiguas. El restaurante esta en la azotea arriba de la habitación y mucho ruido de trabajadores haciendo algún tipo de labor por tal no dormimos ni descansamos nada a pesar que reporte dos veces este insoportable ruido continuo toda la noche. No vale el costo en general y comparado con otros hoteles de playa a los que me tuve que cambiar.

Not quite as expected

Not good: sewer smell in the bathroom throughout stay, not enough hot water for showers, dark room lighting, hotel ran out of extra blankets, pool had quite a bit of leaves/debris upon afternoon arrival
