L'hôtel très bien,très confortable très bon service seul reproche à faire la wifi insuffisant,connexion pratiquement nul.

Hotel agreable

Pour : Hôtel moderne et confortable
Contre : La restauration pour le dîner.
Emplacement : A l'extérieur de la ville avec grande surface à proximité.
Hôtel agréable pour une étape. La cuisine du restaurant sur place est décevante.

This would have been higher, but their hot water was out, so I couldn't take a shower. Because of that, I couldn't use the pool, which was one of the main reasons i booked this hotel.

Stated pet fee was $20.00 on Expedia listing and in the binder in the room. But at check-in said it was $50.00, the new owners raised the fee. I could talk to the Manager in the morning about it. I said that was false advertising and that I would talk to her. Later noticed that they did not charge us the pet fee.Guess sometimes it pays to complain. Won’t be going back there. Very dirty parking lot and area around the hotel.

Do not stay here!!

First, I paid for and booked a double room king sized bed, the room we were put In was a very small single room with a queen sized bed (for a family of 3). There was a minor leak in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper. The blanket had stains on it and there were hairs in both the sink and showers. The hotel itself smelled of urine, and taco seasoning- the entire building smelled like this. The urine smell was the worst in the side entrances (which didn’t require a key for entry)- the corners on the floor were actually corroded from the amount of urine. The hotel advertises that’s there is a steak house located in the hotel (a big reason why we booked this hotel) but upon check in was advised that it is permanently closed. They did have a pool but it’s in the middle of their lobby, and basically surrounded by carpet, the thought of the mold that’s growing under that carpet makes my skin crawl. Needless to say we immediately canceled our booking. The Hampton across the street was a much more accommodating, they were cleaner, the whole place smelled like flowers and for the same price I didn’t have to smell human urine. **side note: My family and no way shape or form felt safe at the quality Inn. There were no security measures, put in place to protect their patrons. You didn’t need a key to enter in any of the entrances. It just seems like a popular hangout spot amongst locals.

Good but concerning

Food was good and overall very clean. The building is obviously quite old. Certain areas need a refresh. I had issues with my AC unit not working correctly- the thermostat did not work so it would not turn off when the desired temp was reached. The room was at around 100 deg. F when we first arrived.
