Not the best experience.

The towels were sour smelling as if it was left in the washer too long. Since it’s a studio apartment, it smelled up the place. We tried asking for new ones, but never got one the four days that we were there. Their dog tried to attack me on the second day. The payment issue was a whole other issue. We tried paying on VRBO and in person. Out of nowhere, we we’re threatened that if we don’t pay or return their key (we never got a key) that they will file a complaint. I wish they were able to communicate in a better way.

A system error with VRBO made communication with this guest extremely difficult. We attempted to collect payment but the guest did not pay until after the trip when I resent the invoice. Our rooms and bedding are professionally cleaned after every use and we receive rave reviews on communication and cleanliness. Please read through the reviews from our other hundred plus guests and it will be apparent this was an exception. Sadly, we can’t please everyone. I wish this family well.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were awesome. It was so quiet I slept great.

This place is clean, quiet and comfortable. I was there for work, and it was a great place to come back and relax. I would definitely rent it again.
