The rooms were a good size, al beit outdated. We would stay here again.

When I arrived and checked in, I found that the room had not been cleaned. I was able to get in touch with the owners and they send the cleaning crew over right away. I had to wait for an hour, but due to the inconvenience the owner reimbursed me for my cleaning expense, which I think was very fair. Good place and great customer service.

Love the location- Merideth was great!

Walk to ski lifts, and great bus system to town. I had an unexpected hiccup to our trip when I broke my leg, Merideth was very responsive and helpful with our situation! Thank you!!

Publié le 9 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe room was perfect for two people. It was super close to the mountain and made it easy to walk and ski everyday. Everything is super close and you can walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are also there 24/7 which is nice.

Nice location, problems with hot water and thermostat

On the second night the fire alarm went off and as a result of some issue that triggered the alarm we lost hot water for the night. Not good when the heat wasn’t working as well.

Convenient location

The room is a bit dated, and has some hallway noise issues as the hotel laundry room is just across the hall. The large fan in the room helps with that and to clear out the musty smell from the old carpet and furniture. Overall a comfortable and dog friendly stay! And the Keurig coffee was much appreciated :)
