As always it was a lovely stay at Cua Hoi, all of the staff were friendly and very attentive. Although, I should reserve extra praise for Mr Robin (Hieu) the food/beverages manager and one of his supervisors Phuong who always make my stay there amazing, just like being at home.

Another great stay here...

This resort is very close to my house, so I visit it quite frequently. The rooms are always very clean and homely and luckily this time we got a free upgrade due to my frequent bookings. I chose the full board option and the food was excellent, both the set menu and the buffet had some tasty dishes. The service here is excellent as well, in particular Hieu (Robin) was very helpful and attended to our every need. He is a perfect example of how to treat customers and understands what good customer service is.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff

I’m writing in response to my recent stay at Vinpearl Discovery Cua Hoi, Nghe An. I have stayed there many times previously and it’s alway delivers great customer service within a 5 Star setting. However, this time I feel like I should email about the excellent customer service received by one member of staff in particular. I had made a personal connection with him on my previous stays, his name is Robin (Hieu), he is the Food and Beverages Manager at Vinpearl Cua Hoi. This time I stayed at the hotel 15/09-16/09 and I had a special request for Mr Hieu because I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend. I asked him to try to provide a special meal for us and he delivered a spectacular occasion for us. We were seated outside, on the table were rose petals and the table was surrounded by a heart made of lights. The food was excellent and the meal was perfect. He went to a lot of effort for this and I want to make sure he is rewarded. He clearly knows how to provide excellent customer service and seems to enjoy making people smile by making their stay as comfortable as possible. I think this man really has what it takes to be a high level manager in your company, you should consider him for promotion immediately!
