We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Suites very much thanks to Lisa and Tony! They were really helpful from the reservation to room service arrangement, bedding supply and even the airport transfer. My villa was spacious and clean enough and we were happy to swim both in the main and private pool. The only con was the location. It was a little bit far from the central Da Nang, so we had to take a taxi for day trips almost everyday. But 20-minute-long rides actually gave us the chance to experience the dynamics of local life!

It was a pleasant and comfortable trip. I was able to get assistance from the managers (Jenny and Lisa) when needed. The accommodations seemed old, but were well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the manager was friendly. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's well worth the trip.

Nice place which is very big and clean. Especially thanks for Lisa and Tony’s assistance during or even before our stay. They helped to arrange early check in, last check out and airport pick up, also recommended and help us to book some really nice restaurants.

Our big family stayed at villa E13 between 28/6 to 3/7 and we loved the place. The villa was big and clean however showing signs of wear and tear, which we didn’t mind.
