The communication with our host was fantastic from the moment of booking, to pre-visit addressing questions and then follow-up during and after our stay. The townhome is BEAUTIFUL! Truly spacious and as described but better. Perfect space for a girls weekend getaway and concert at the America Center. The location was perfect for access to the Dallas Farmer's Market with many eating options as well as quick connections for ride shares. The location is about 35 minutes from DFW airport. The master suite and especially the bathroom and closet were HUGE and well decorated. We wish we could have leveraged the patio more but we arrived after a rare winter storm so there was still snow and ice on the patio. Things to definitely note: if you have any mobility restrictions, you need to be aware that there are A LOT of stairs: 20 to the second level and main social areas (kitchen, dining room and living room) about the same to rhe third level where the two larger bedrooms are and then a shorter flight to the patio. NOTE: there is a bedroom with full sized bunk beds on the first floor and bathroom. Further, the townhouse is on a busy street so there is a lot of noise at night, especially with cars racing on the street and very noticeable from the bedrooms but that is the trade off for the location.We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate how attentive the host was to our feedback! Definitely recommend for others!
