I normally prefer to stay at a Embassy suites however this time I had a problem with the heating in the room, the maintenance guy came up to fix it and it got better however, when I stepped out of the room for a few hours, I came back to another cold room. I contact the person that left a message on my phone if I need any help with the room however no one came back to fix it so it was kinda late so me and my wife just wrapped our self up in a blanket and went to sleep.

Everything was exceptional 👌. This was a great stay. Beds were super comfortable. Room was beautiful and clean. Only had 1 issue with the 2nd room. Beds were not prepared, had to request sheets. Guest services got immediately on the request. Only thing to improve is when parking on different levels you have to walk down through the parking garage to enter into the hotel, but i understand its a structure problem not an actual hotel problem.
