The hotel has really been downgraded. The room we had featured a patched ceiling with silicone due to a water leak, a constantly dripping bathtub faucet, dresser drawers that kept opening—forcing us to secure them with a hanger, and worn-out carpet with stains and a moldy smell. Some doors on the first floor lacked doorknobs and had holes in them, while the elevator was scratched and in need of repair. Outside, there were individuals with facial tattoos who appeared to be under the influence, behaving irrationally. I felt extremely uneasy going outside. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

The stay was just ok, the room door looked like it had been kicked in a time or two so I didn’t really feel safe. The breakfast was terrible, who checks out before 8am.

Hotel door would no lock. Had this fixed twice and when I woke the last day - after unlocking the deadbolt, it would not lock again. It was clean but had missing trim, exposed wood where there should have been tile. Not what I expected for $130 per night

Nice and quiet. The staff is friendly. Hot breakfast in the morning is a plus.

This was the worse Holiday Inn property I have ever stayed at. Property is not clean and in bad condition.

Matters was sunken in middle and very uncomfortable, fire alarms going off multiple times in late/early hours, water leaks in ceiling at fire sprinklers, continental breakfast (not expecting gormet) was not at all tasty. On a true positive note, the staff was great, friendly and helpful 👍
