The front desk are really nice, and hotel is really clean. My family and I will definitely stay there, again.

Horrible experience. Air conditioning barely worked.. and there was absolutely no hot water on the 3rd & 4th floor. The staff did what they could but ownership is the one to blame

Needs to be updated for sure - old but good price- bed was good. Faucet dripped slow, toilet tank didn't fill consistently

Very nice stay after a 15 hour drive. Easy check in after hours and super nice staff. Breakfast had plenty of options and mattresses were best of the three hotels we stayed in along our journey. Fair pricing for a safe and quiet stay! 5 stars, Thank You HI!

Expectations were too high
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HotelsLittle Disappointed with the stay a lot of fixing up to do in that hotel from lightbulbs missing AC units not all working poor housekeeping, two rooms back to back had previous guest undergarments left in them toiletries were empty and never got stocked

New but needs some care on finishes, great staff but no housekeeping on weekends. Elevator has a loud bell that can be heard in the nearby rooms.

Liked: convenient location.
Did not like: treadmills not working in exercise room, guest laundry did not work.
