Our shuttle driver was great. 2nd shuttle driver was missing and caused big problems. Worrisome for some travelers.

Desk clerk refused to check me in even though the room was paid in advance since Expedia would not tell her what card I used to book the room.

Dear Guest,You have paid to third party website called Expedia and the method of payment provided by them to the hotel was not valid. For future reference, please make the reservation using IHG website, so there will be no issues.Thank youKam
