We are conveniently located in the heart of the resort community and just minutes away from the many sites and activities that are best known throughout Canaan Valley.

We got so lucky finding availability here! Everything was amazing. We loved the location, which was only a few minutes down the road from Timberline and Canaan, and the gas fireplace in our unit. This was especially enjoyable after we visited the hot tub and made a mad dash back in the snow ! We were big fans of the game room too. Highly recommend this place!

The individual unit we stayed in had not been cleaned at all when we arrived. There was pet hair across all surfaces (kitchen table, countertops, furniture, etc.) and on all bedding sheets, comforters, and spare blankets.First thing we did after arrival was wash all bedding and clean all surfaces ourselves.Lots of updates and repairs needed around the unit, but that didn’t bother us much since it didn’t affect our stay.The communication with the property manger was good though and they were very polite staff. They were very responsive when we reached out with issues, although nothing was resolved or compensated for the issues.It is a nice location off the road a little ways with a pretty view of the valley, and right next to the horse farm.Would love to give a better review of our stay because we did still enjoy our trip to the area, but unfortunately our experience at this rental was just poor.

Girls trip!

A group of six girl friends went on a trip here in may of 2025. It was a very relaxing weekend trip! We all very much enjoyed ourselves, and will be back again! Hopefully this will become an annual thing. Definitely would recommend!!!

Staff so nice and very accommodating. Great pool area they also furnish pool towels. Room clean Master bed was a little uncomfortable, but I’m getting old. Everyone was very happy

Linens in dire need of refresh

Towels with brown spots, pillows stained yellow, curtains letting light through holes worn thin, and mattress with obvious indentation in it. Property and furniture are obviously dated, which would be fine if linens and mattresses were updated. That would go a long way to be more welcoming. Otherwise it was clean enough. Wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice.

Broken bed box spring on arrival very uncomfortable, sheets and pillows stained, dishes were dirty. The overall experience was fine, but cleanliness and repairs were lacking. Keep in mind the water is very soft and any use of soap will leave you feeling slimy til your hands are dry.

Perfect Place for Friends Meetup

I rented this property because it was close to a middle ground location for my best friends, my partner, and myself to meet up for a long night of games and catching up. There was plenty of space and my friends were super impressed with the property! It was great to have a cozy place to spend time with them. The fireplace was one of my favorite parts, as well as the large table and space to spread out. We will definitely be back!

Photos show hot tub in the unit. on unit. When i checked in i asked if hot tub worked, they said yes. Pull out sofa was flithy. Crumbs all over it. I had to clean it before i slept on it. Being able to get a full condo for the same price as a single hotel room was fantastic. It is centrally located to many area attractions for the summer and right in the middle of ski country for the winter. The two pools, playground and mini golf course were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Traveled with my mother, my foreign exchange sister from 42 years ago, her daughter, and my 2 grandsons. Great location to take in WV attractions. Plenty to do at the property. Condo was perfect. Would love to return at some point!

Good location for skiing the resorts. There are a few dining locations nearby. I would guess the property was built in the early 80's and has seen few upgrades. Seems fairly well maintained. Just kinda unremarkable on the inside.
