J’ai aimé l’ambiance. Le personnel semblait former une petite famille et ils étaient amicales

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

L’établissement est très propre, mais un peu vieillissant. Beaucoup de commodités sont offertes comme le prêt de chaises de plages, de parasol ou de boogie board, etc., et ce, sans frais.

Positive: room redone and set up nicely, no musty smell Negative: locked lobby when we arrived. Performed digital checkin which responded with room number and directions to find key in lockbox. Our keys weren't in lockbox and we had to call. Mgr arrived provided key, we were to the room and then called back for paperwork and an additional fee. Got to room and key worked but door would not open. Given different room. However at 2am the keys no longer worked and we had to be let in. To be told @it happens". Overall it was a hassle. Beds are hard and pillows are worse.

The hotel is in the process of repairing the back wall and steps. The beach ramp is just a short walk away, still convenient. The room was clean, well stocked with towels, paper supplies etc and staff was friendly and all very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we checked in we were upgraded to a beach front room from beach view at no extra charge. (Not sure if there should have been but probably or I would have booked a beach front.) Unfortunately, due to the hurricanes last fall we could not access the beach directly from there but we were instructed to go up a hotel and we could use their stairs. There was not daily maid service which was ok with us. Someone came in once to empty our garbage. The kitchenette area was sufficient. Everything we needed was there. Every time we saw the gentleman running it (sorry, I don't think I ever got his name.) he asked if we needed anything. He was very accommodating. Daytona was an easy place to get around and had lots of good eating places.

ITS A DUMP

It’s a dump! Paint peeling from the ceiling,portable dehumidifier making so much noise we had to turn it off. No direct line to front desk. Need to use our cellphones. The minute we walked into our room it had a musty odor. It was so bad we left after one night and didn’t ask for a refund for the next two night.
