This property is very outdated. The door to my room did not lock from outside. No key card was needed to enter. The management was never at the front desk. When I discovered the door did not lock, I notified the management by phone and the lady said her husband was sleeping and he would fix it when he woke up. I had to leave so I packed up all my stuff and took it with me. This was very inconvenient. I was not offered another room. The sheets and blankets have holes and torn. The pillows were very flat. There was a ring of dust around the walls in the entire room. The toilet seat was wood it was worn and splintered and very stained up. I would not recommend this facility.

Clean & Comfortable
Publié le 3 oct. 2023 sur HotelsSuper 8 is a good value -- very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are no frills and it could use some updating, but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The staff were all very nice.

The morning after we checked in as we were leaving for the day we discovered that the door to our room did not lock. We had to leave and management wanted us to wait for maintenance to fix it later in the day and leave our stuff unprotected in the room. The exterior doors to the building do not lock and anyone can walk into the building. After some discussion on how unsafe our stuff would be if left unattended, manager finally agreed to move us to a different room. Several light bulbs were burned out in both rooms. The rooms were clean but very outdated.

The sheets had holes in them, and didn't fit the mattress. Lumpy bed and flat pillows. One star hotel.
Convenient to the interstate is the best thing about this hotel.
