Visiting the Banff Region
Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and available as listed. The beds were comfortable with nice dark out shades letting us sleep after sunrise. The whole complex was well maintained with grounds crews cleaning and watering every day.
This location was less touristy than the towns of Canmore and Banff but there was easy accessibility to hiking, biking, kayaking, shopping. I would rent here again!

Good not great
Publié le 14 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThere are a lot of extra cleaning fees for a place that asks you to wash all the towels you use. Also they should provide hot tub towels since this is a rental not a hostel. We needed to iron garments, there was an iron but no ironing board. When messaging the host they stated where it should be and it was no where to be found. The deck floor was dirty when we went out in our bare feet so we had to sweep it.

Pretty sad. That you had to take 2 minutes of your time to wash towels and you complain. We implemented this because of Covid. Also there are hottub towels. You told me you found them and you still chose complain. As you see. All reviews before you are 5 stars. That is for a reason.

Fantastic Place To Stay

Excellent 3 bdr condo
