The reservation was made for two people, but there was only one face towel in the bathroom. The tiles on the floor of the bathroom were loose and could be dangerous if you're not careful.
We had a fold out couch for our child. We had to go get the bed clothes for it and then decided not to use it because it was so full of trash when we folded it out.
At the front desk the employee was not friendly. I had an issue with my reservation, and he could have been more polite and explained the situation. Once on the elevator it became evident that the hotel doesn't try to control the weed use with its patrons. My sister has asthma and this really bothered her.
Inside the room the smell was fine and the room was fairly clean. It did need lightbulbs replaced. I took a phone call in the lobby and the employee kept walking back and forth and then sat down and listened to my conversation. But the biggest complaint I had was that he was walking around in the lobby in sweatpants and bare feet. This is a place of business, not your private home and so dress appropriately and where shoes. I'll never stay there again.
Property reminded me of a suite I stayed at years ago. It was like DeJa'Vu. t Although I truly loved the lay out of the room, I couldn't get over the outdated and tattered furniture. After getting ready to retire for the night I found that I had no signal for the TV. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone and there was not dial tone. I then tried to call from my cell phone and there was no answer. The room needed a thorough cleaning, especially vacuuming. In order to have access to the property, you had to drive through a mall parking lot.
It was gross. The toilet wasnât clean, the silverware wasnât clean, the couch and chair were stained and crusty. I can only imagine the disgusting acts that took place with the stains and dried goop left on the curtains when I closed them. Never again, wasnât worth the cheap price, I should have stayed in my car. The toilet pic is the only âappropriate picâ I feel comfortable posting based on the gross stains I saw.
