Publié le 20 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location to the beach is wonderful. If that is # one, then a great place to stay. Could it use a deep clean, absolutely. Day one, I bought a new coffee maker, toilet paper, laundry detergent and other basics. I do not think that is too much to ask, that those basics would be there. I unclogged two drains, emptied one of the vacuums (yuck). I stayed a month so I got a good idea of the area. Can it be a bit noisy, yup! It is near the beach and three small restaurants, so smells and noise are inevitable. He is nice and responsive.....but are there issues, yes

I’m sorry that you were disappointed Jill. I supplied you with toilet paper for a few days. Was I supposed to supply you for a whole month? Same with detergent, I don’t supply that because people have different products that they use. You told me that you stayed in the neighborhood where your daughter lives so I’m sure you were aware of the nearby restaurants. My complaint with you is that you brought your two dogs without even asking me which I find a little rude. But since I actually enjoy hosting and accommodating people, I never said a thing. New coffee maker ordered, you should have let me know, I would have replaced it immediately. Regardless, take care and be well, Cam

Loved it Two Times

The decision to return reflects how much we enjoyed the property (and location) during our initial visit; and the return engagement did not disappoint. This wonderfully eclectic property again served as an ideal base for our family vacation. The well-equipped home has plenty of spaces to gather – or retreat – as desired, and a third-floor, ocean-view deck serves as a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening beverage. The home is located in walking distance from the Torrey Pines State Beach and a variety of eateries, and just a short drive from Del Mar Beach and the nearby shopping district. As was the case with our original stay, the property owner was terrific in terms of communication and responsiveness and was truly committed to ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. We look forward to our next visit to Del Mar and, we hope, this property!

We loved our stay at this beautiful perfectly located home

We were coming into San Diego to visit our student at UCSD and this is a great house for parents of UCSD students coming into town. It's conveniently located a few minutes drive from campus and it's just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The home was clean, and beautifully decorated. There was lots of space for all of us and our two teenagers travelling with us loved they could walk to coffee, pizza, tacos and the beach very easily. We are looking forward to our next visit and plan to make this our home base when traveling to San Diego with our teenage kids. This was a perfect vacation rental, with comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and a beautiful home.

Perfect Pre-Holiday Stay

Thanksgiving 2022
