Avis Airport Hotel Paradise Inn

It was apathetic experience and such hotels should be removed from hotels.com web site in order to retain the faith of customers. Customers see hotels.com as a platform which provides only good and genuine hotel. Please note that the hotel name is changed, numbers display on reservation not working, Hot water not available, wifi not working, reception do not recognize the reservation and said that we are not having any tie up with hotel.com. After lot of efforts could convince them that there is a reservation and they need to honor it. Please remove them from your list to safeguard your reputation. It was a horrible experience for me. Too BAD to Handle
