Perfect Location

The stay itself was amazing. The location was great. The couch or chair not at all comfortable. The doorways and windows could use some attention as far as cleaning but all in all plenty of room.

Bed linens were not comfortable, and poor quality. Bathroom amenities were great!

Great place

My husband stayed here about 13 weeks for work. It was clean, staff was friendly and always helpful. Loved that it had the full kitchen, with washer and dryer in the unit.

I honestly can say I'll never book a hotel again if there is a Kasa available. The privacy is so nice. It's a nice little home away from home

There is no sound insolation at all. This is not the place to say if you are a light sleeper

Excellent Place

Place was very clean and close to the pool. Enjoyed the view and the walking path around the complex. I will stay again in the future.

My experience wasn’t good we had a lot of problems every time we had to leave the room because the door sometimes wouldn’t lock so I had to leave the room unlocked sometimes, also the room smell like mold most of the time and on the last day of the stayed we had to check out at 11 and I asked them if my wife can stay a couple hours until I can go pick her up because I was at work and they said NO even if they change me for those extra 2 hours they still said no so I had to leave work and went to pick her up am very disappointed with kasa I wouldn’t recommend it

Nightmare Check-in

Very nice property overall. Check-in was a nightmare. First room door was ajar. Feared someone in the room. Left to retrieve luggage and call the help line. Door locked and could not be reopened. Spent an hour with customer service. Unable to enter room. They sent me upstairs to try a different room which was occupied! Tenant obviously aggravated with me trying to enter
