Spacious home with great set up for families

This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs.

Great Location, Outdated furnishings, Overpriced

House was a great location, short walk to the beach. The house furnishings and decor is from the 1970’s. The refrigerator door had black mold, we had to clean it but was still there. The kitchen appliances were very old and not in good order. Yard was overgrown with trees which were growing into the house. The outside shower worked on occasion, but the hardware was all rusted out, so we didn’t use it. The mgt company was responsive to our texts, but didn’t really do anything. The trash was full when we checked in on Saturday and was never emptied all week. After many texts to the mgt team, they said the local team would handle it, but nothing was ever done. By Tuesday, there were maggots all over both trash bins, animals were getting in as they were so full the covers wouldn’t close. When we left Saturday the trash was still never emptied and we had to leave all our trash outside. I feel bad for the next people who came in, over two weeks of trash in the driveway. Overall, I feel the price we paid was just for the proximity to the beach, the house was an old, outdated, somewhat clean, place to stay. I would never pay that price for the house again, plenty of better properties in similar range to the beach.

Lacking several “basics”

Toilet paper…. 2 rolls per bathroom for four adults is not enough. Tissues … tissues in any of the four bedrooms. Cable…need more than just “basic.” Sports channels a necessity. Dishwasher pods…only ONE pod for four adults for four nights? Pillows….need more for four adults. Pillows were somewhat “flat” too.

Difficult check in

We did not receive lock box code until we’ll after we were supposed to check in. Communication was very difficult and delayed. The house was extremely hot once we did get inside.

Cape Cod Vacation

A great, well kept house with plenty of space. The owner was very responsive. There is plenty of space to park in front of the house. It is a short walk (less than 1/4 mile) to Cape Cod Bay. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Functional house in a great location. Managerial quality control could improve. There were two burnt out lightbulbs which we replaced. The downstairs bathroom sink drain stopper was broken. Not enough TP in bathrooms for our length of stay. Kitchen sparsely equipped and disorganized.

The property was very clean and was well packed with beach chairs and everything needed for a mini vaca. Vacasa staff went over and beyond answering any questions we had before and during our stay.

vacation too short

This house was so comfortable. Incredibly clean, well equipped, check in was easy, and property management was instantly available by phone. Wish we could have stayed longer.
