Staff, food, and facilities all amazing. It was great to be on a large resort with big open spaces. The beach was spotless and chairs were available to use. It was nice to not have boats parked in the beach area and it was not crowded at all. It was within walking distance to many food options. The only downfall was that I booked for 5 guests and they did not let me know that I would need to pay $50 USD a night for a cot for the 5th member until I arrived. It did include breakfast for the 5th person then which was nice though. Overall loved it and would come back again!

Really great resort. Service really good, they upgraded us to executive ocean view. Breakfast is really great. Spa was also nice. Area is generally chill, but the beaches fill with locals on weekends. About a 15 min walk to sanur harbor if you plan to hit penida.

We can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The Sanur suite was incredible. It was huge with every amenity you could want. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. It was my birthday and there was a birthday greeting on our bed plus I received two pieces of cake, one in the restaurant and one from room service. Can’t wait to return.

The room was spacious and clean with a lovely ocean-view, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas at the hotel were stunning. The breakfast was superb, it had multilpe choices including everything from an omelette station to smoothie bowls. The pool area was huge, and it also had excellent service. There were also some daily activities like sunrise yoga etc arranged by the hotel, and the gym had all the necessary equipment. Absolutely loved my stay at the Bali Beach Hotel, will go there again next time when visiting Bali!

Room view was obstructed and did not enjoy the ocean view. I asked to change in the same side of the building but a different room and the next day I was offered to be changed on opposite side of the group I was with. Staff did not listen to my request. I also needed assistance with safety box. I put the code and it sounded like it opened but the box did not open. I called and waited but no one came. The next day I called again and finally someone came to help. However I did not feel comfortable to use the box anymore.
