Made reservations for our non smoking room w/a note for a bottom floor room since I have a handicapped daughter who struggles w/stairs. We were not given a bottom floor room, NONE of the ice makers worked, NO eating utensils or pots and pans but there were 2 cooking utensils. Tiny TV too. Absolutely zero was done to remedy.

For the most part, the room appeared clean, however, I didn't stay because the pool was closed. When I returned to the front desk to let them know, I found the manager in a heated argument with a female guest (with her 3 yr old daughter) who had been placed at this property to help here escape from domestic violence. The manager was very unkind to her, a bit hysterical while the woman remained calm. I just wanted to get out of there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not as described. This place is very rundown and smells terrible! Like feet and mold. At check in the clerk was on their phone and rushed me out. The rooms have thin walls too. Hope your neighbor isn’t watching their TV because if they are you’ll hear every word.

CHECKED IN AND A/C WAS SET ON 30 DEGREES ON ONE UNIT & AND 60 DEGREES ON THE OTHER. COULD NOT CHANGE TEMP ON 30 DEGREE ONE, SO I SHUT IT OFF ROOM WAS FREEZING. TV DID NOT WORK NOR DID HOUSE PHONE. HAD TO MAKE 3-4 TRIPS TO FRONT DESK TO GET ACTION. RESULT: REPAIR GUY WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AT 8:30AM. HAD NOT SHOWN UP BY 9:45AM , SO I LEFT. WANTED TO TELL HIM ABOUT SINK FAUCET THAT WAS FALLING OFF AND LOOSE TOILET SEAT & BROKEN A/C. TV FIXED SOME TIME LATER THAT DAY. MOTEL 6 IS GOING DOWN HILL, WON'T STAY AT ONE AGAIN.
