The Space:
Welcome to my unique property! This remodeled single-family home has been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your unit, and the only shared space is the public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.

As required by the city licensing, a long-term tenant resides in the neighboring unit. However, you shouldn’t notice them at all during your stay. They help maintain the yard, trash, and snow removal, ensuring the property stays neat and well-kept. They are very respectful of your space and privacy, and you’ll likely never cross paths.

Like an apartment or hotel, you may hear the usual sounds of daily life. If there’s ever any disturbance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm here to ensure your comfort. The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for easy remote control. The temperature is usually set between 68-72°F, but if you’d like more control, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters to keep you comfortable.

We recently stayed 5 nights with 5 people. The house was generally comfortable and met our needs, with a few exceptions. The main drawback was that each of the 3 bedrooms had 1 king bed, whereas the listing stated (and still states, as of the time of this review) that one had a king AND A TWIN bed. It turns out the air mattress stored in the linen closet was considered the additional twin. I find this misleading. We booked this home specifically because (we believed) it had 4 actual beds. Because of the relationships and ages of our travelers, this meant we had to utilize a sofabed for our youngest--not the end of the world, but an unwelcome change of plan. There were a total of 2 spare sheets in the linen closet, both flat, and 1 smelled awful. That left 1 usable sheet, for 2 sofabeds and an air mattress? Fortunately we did not need to use the other sofabed or the air mattress; we used the one usable flat sheet as a bottom ("fitted") sheet for the sofabed.The king beds were all reasonably comfortable. The pillows provided were very flat, but there were enough of them that we could make it work. There were a couple of spare pillows in the closet that were fluffier. The towels were plentiful and clean and decent quality. I appreciated the toiletries provided in the bathrooms. The house was clean. Please note if you're considering staying here, there are no laundry facilities provided; we missed that detail and needed to utilize the services of an area laundromat.

Worst Experience EVER!!!

We were genuinely looking forward to this vacation—a chance for two families to relax, enjoy time together, and make lasting memories. Unfortunately, what we encountered instead was a series of issues that made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and ultimately disappointing.The most serious problem was the air conditioning—or lack thereof. From the very beginning, the upstairs remained unbearably hot, climbing over 80 degrees. It was impossible to sleep or relax in that space. Out of desperation, we purchased three fans to get some kind of airflow. We contacted the owner, Jeff, every single day of our nine-day stay, and each time we were told the issue was being resolved. But nothing changed. No technician came until our last day. we were offered temporary solutions such as turning off the breaker, which was outside in an area of unkept weeds/grass and turning the air off for a few hours. no other accommodations were offered. Dealing with this became exhausting and overshadowed the entire trip. What was meant to be a relaxing family getaway turned into a stressful and frustrating experience that ruined our vacation. At no point did the owner offer any sort of compensation or alternative solution.To make matters worse, we were never informed ahead

Sometimes, you just can't trust the photos!

In a neighborhood of homes with deferred maintenance, this property stood out as one of the most neglected. A tenant living in the basement was supposed to provide routine care to the property. This clearly was not being done as the front yard had an overgrown tree hanging onto the driveway, weeds covering the front yard and burned out bulbs on both the front porch and rear deck. Folding chairs on the read deck were torn and tattered, kitchen drawers dislodged from the tracks and almost fall out of the cabinetry when opened. Overall, the photographs on the website told a far better picture of the property than what was actual. We were very disappointed with the quality of this property for the price we paid.

Jeff was great. The check in/check out was so streamlined. It was hot out, so we had an issue with AC. Sent Jeff a message, who was quick to respond with a resolution. Perfect. It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room.
