Fantastic Find!
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent just short of a week here with the kids, looking at colleges and exploring Denver/Boulder area. The proximity of this place is ideal for seeing everything. Easy access to major thoroughfares, nearby Dutch Bros, Little Man Ice Cream, and In-and-Out (kids' favorites). The unit was incredibly clean and stocked with the necessities in case we didn't bring them. We were well taken care of my the property managers, who checked in regularly and answered questions promptly. I have no complaints at all and am glad we chose to stay here.

Centrally Located
Publié le 15 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head in Denver that is located minutes from everywhere, definitely consider this home! Communication was outstanding and we had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing it lacked was a washer/dryer, but we made due with what we brought. Beds were comfortable and the heating worked great for the house. The upstairs neighbors are a little heavy footed, but we were out most of the days we were there and only heard them for a few hours at night. Will definitely keep this property in mind when we come back to Colorado!

Great honey place
Publié le 20 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayYou can live like you’re at home. Big comfy couch and literal full kitchen. Even had a crock pot. It was cold but after a few back and forth messages it turned out the heater for the main space was hidden behind the couch but once we turned it on the place was perfect!

Mario...thanks for the review. Those stairs like to collect leaves, etc with every wind storm. I have made note with my cleaners to make sure we are sweeping them with every clean...hopefully that will elimintate the issue. Next time, let us know during your stay and we'll get them cleaned up quickly. Thanks again for staying with us!

Great location and price!
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayFresh towels and beds. Had everything you really need for a short/or long stay. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but did the job for streaming some movies at night. Very clean and comfortable spot! Would definitely book again!
