This is a home for outdoor lovers.
The house is City and Ski accessible along with being a 30 min drive to Boulder.

THE LOCATION & AREA
★ The Historic Artist’s Oasis is a simple 2 minute walk to the main street of Golden.
★ Walk 2 blocks to Clear Creek River. Have lunch or go tubing.
★ Golden City Brewery is 2 blocks away
★ The entrance to I-70 that heads to Breckenridge (1 20min), Winter Park (1 10min) and Vail (1 30min) is on 5 min away.


THE HOUSE: WELCOMING AND AMAZING
★ Decorated to make your stay a really relaxing experience, this home is great for a group of people that want to travel together and enjoy relaxing accommodations.
★ There are 2 floors of visually rich and inspiring decor. From comfy mattresses, comfy sheets, multiple seating areas, tasteful art, and large porch to enjoy any time of the day.
★ Built close to 150 years ago in 1874, every room exhibits the old character of homes from yesteryear.
★ The interior of the house feels very warm with exposed brick walls throughout the house, incredible murals, unique fixtures, and amazing art. All of them together create a truly special feeling. A TV free home.
★ With this much character you'd be hard pressed to find another home like it in Colorado.

Beautiful home that inspires a ton of conversation amongst the guests. Parking can be tricky--our host provided two guest passes, but I got a parking ticket while unloading my car! Our host was gracious in registering additional vehicles as guests, but definitely something to note!Would easily stay here again. Is there any way to give more than five stars?

Beautiful, Great Location

Artistic and eclectic home. Nice porch overlooking the mountains. Owner very nice and accommodating, she occasionally works in office below home. Home instructions could be clearer. Maybe a book with ideas, restaurants, take out, food stores included. Check out process instructions would be helpful. Overall, trip was amazing! Thank you Cydney.

Magical mystery tour

Lovely stay -- unbeatable location, trippy home in the best way! Colorful with so much character and many curiosities! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with essentials for meal prep. A few steps to the sweet downtown with views of a mesa from the front of the house. Cydney was a very welcoming and responsive host. The baby in our bunch did fine (he's newly crawling) but would not recommend for travelers with toddlers that are walking unless gates are provided for the 2 staircases.The upstairs bathroom is old skool with a claw tub/shower combo that takes a little getting used to through trial and error. Overall we appreciated the care and spirit of this beautiful home. If you are open to something creative and mystical, this house is the ticket. Thank you!
