This is a single-family home that was converted into a duplex. This listing is for the lower unit only. There are no shared spaces whatsoever, but there is potential for guests to be in the unit above this space. You probably won't ever see them, as you have a private entrance in the garage where you can park and you have a private patio out back as well.

Please note that the AC/heat is controlled from the upper unit. They try to keep it comfortable at all times, but please let me know if you need it adjusted and I will reach out to them. You can also close/open the vents to control how much heating/cooling comes through.
