Bright, airy, and intentionally designed, this residence offers a sophisticated sanctuary with a focus on accessibility. The aesthetic is complemented by curated modern art, creating a tranquil backdrop for your stay. This specific unit features ADA-compliant elements, including a roll-in shower with guard rails in the primary ensuite, a countertop microwave, and a front-loading laundry setupâensuring comfort without sacrificing an ounce of style.
You are perfectly positioned for exploration, situated within walking distance of Empower Field for Broncos games or concerts. With I-25 and Downtown just a stoneâs throw away, getting around is effortless. Please note that our "front row seat" to the city means the sound of nearby traffic is part of the urban experience; we find itâs the rhythmic soundtrack to a truly central location.
The layout is ideal for groups, featuring a King/Full bed split and a dining bar that seats six comfortably. After a day of city trekking, grab a drink and head to your balcony to watch the sunset reflect off the downtown skyscrapers.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. The neighborhood:
Youâre parked in what locals consider the ultimate "launchpad" of Denver. This neighborhood perfectly captures that gritty-meets-polished energy the city is known for. Itâs laid-back and unpretentious, where youâll see neighbors walking dogs toward the stadium one minute and grabbing a craft brew the next. Because youâre right on the edge of the downtown action but tucked just enough away, you get a front-row seat to the cityâs skyline without being trapped in the middle of a skyscraper canyon.
If youâre here for sports or big-name concerts, youâve hit the jackpot. You can literally hear the roar of the crowd at Empower Field and walk there in minutesâno $50 parking or rideshare surge pricing required. A quick five-minute hop gets you to Ball Arena for some hockey or hoops, or over to Coors Field to catch a Rockies game under the purple sunset. Even if you arenât a sports fanatic, the energy in the air on game days is infectious and makes for some of the best people-watching in the state.
When itâs time to explore, youâre essentially the center of a "cool neighborhood" compass. Head one way to LoHi (Lower Highland) for some of the best rooftop bars and trendy eateries in the country. Cross the bridge into LoDo to see the historic Union Station, or wander over to RiNo (River North) to check out massive street murals and world-class breweries. If youâve got the kids (or just a curious spirit), the Downtown Aquarium is practically in your backyard, offering a peaceful break from the urban hustle.
The best part? When the city starts to feel a bit too small, the mountains are calling. Being situated right next to the I-25 and I-70 interchange means you can bypass the city-center gridlock and be heading west toward the Rockies before your coffee even gets cold. Whether youâre chasing a concert at Red Rocks or a blue-bird day at a ski resort, youâre in the best spot in Denver to transition from city lights to mountain peaks in under an hour.
Top Things to Do:
âą Meow Wolf: Convergence Station â An immersive, psychedelic art experience that is world-renowned and only minutes away from the property.
âą Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre â Even if there isn't a concert, visiting this naturally formed sandstone amphitheater for a morning workout or a walk through the Trading Post is a Colorado rite of passage.
âą The Dairy Block â A micro-district in LoDo featuring a curated "alleyway" of local makers, hidden bars, and high-end street food.
âą Denver Botanic Gardens â A 24-acre urban oasis on York Street that feels worlds away from the city, especially stunning during their summer concert series.
âą Union Station â Not just a transit hub, but the "Living Room" of Denver. Grab a coffee or a cocktail and soak in the 1914 Beaux-Arts architecture.
Top Restaurants & Happy Hours:
âą Avanti F&B (LoHi) â A modern food hall with a massive rooftop patio. Itâs the ultimate happy hour spot with the best views of the skyline you'll find outside of your own balcony.
âą ChoLon (LoDo) â Famous for their French Onion Soup Dumplings. Itâs upscale but the happy hour deals (usually 3 PM â 5 PM) make it accessible and incredibly delicious.
âą Linger (LoHi) â Located in a former mortuary (yes, really!), this "urban eats" spot has a legendary rooftop and a menu inspired by global street food.
âą Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar (LoDo) â If you love seafood, their "Happy Hour" oysters and infused martinis are a local favorite for a high-energy afternoon.
âą Postino WineCafe (LoHi) â Known for their $6 glasses of wine and pitchers of beer before 5 PM, plus incredible bruschetta boards that are perfect for sharing.
Top Hikes Nearby:
âą Red Rocks Trading Post Trail (Easy) â A 1.5-mile loop that weaves through the giant red rock formations. Itâs flat, scenic, and perfect for guests just acclimating to the altitude.
âą Dinosaur Ridge Trail (Easy) â Located in Morrison, this is a paved hike where you can see actual dinosaur tracks and bones embedded in the rock. Great for families.
âą Chief Mountain (Intermediate) â About 45 minutes away off Squaw Pass. Itâs a relatively short hike (3 miles round trip) but leads to a summit with 360-degree views of Mt. Blue Sky and the Continental Divide.
âą Mount Falcon Castle Trail (Intermediate) â Offers a mix of history (ruins of an old castle) and great views of both the city of Denver and the Red Rocks park below.
âą Royal Arch Trail (Difficult) â Located at Chautauqua Park in Boulder. Itâs a steep, rocky climb, but it ends at a massive natural stone arch with a breathtaking view of the Flatirons.

We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didnât have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. Weâd stay there again.
Great place to stay. Close to the stadium!! 5-10 min walk. Parking garage is a little tight for a suburban or a large vehicle. It is close to the interstate. Lots of traffic noise, butt so worth the stay. Nice balcony that over looks the children's museum and downtown denver. Great neighborhood to walk and sightsee. This property is practically brand new absolutely nothing to complain about! 10/10
Great condo for our weekend. Clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. There is a bit of road noise as itâs right on the highway, but nothing that impacted our stay. Communication was easy and responsive. Highly recommend.
The condo was very nice. The proximity to Broncos Stadium is only a five minute walk. The condo has everything that you would need and the communication with the host was great. The only downside is the interstate. I was up at 5 AM every morning due to the loud traffic noise.
Excellent, the property was conveniently located, space was clean, property was very safe, parking was not an issue in the garage space provided. Check in process was informative and clear, and check out was a breeze!
We had such a great experience staying at this apartment in Denver! The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed, though honestly, the place was so well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself was stunning ,super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really cozy even with the chilly weather outside. The patio area was such a nice touch. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cold during our trip to fully enjoy it, but the sun hits the table and seating area perfectly during the day. I can only imagine how great it would be in warmer months! We had a rental car, so getting around was a breeze most places we went to were an easy 10-minute drive. If you donât have a car, this spot might feel a little further out unless youâre in town for a game, since the stadium is super close. That said, Ubers were always quick and easy to grab too.Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-equipped stay in Denver!
