Do not stay here, that is if you’re allowed too. I have stayed at this hotel several time over the past year and have witness the staff especially the management argue and belittle customers and staff. I stayed here only because of the proximity to the things I had to do and work. Today I went to book in and they told me that my reservation was not paid for even though it had been deducted out of my account. I tried to show that I had paid for my stay already but the manager (Jackie) would not even let me talk. I was told I would have to pay for my stay again or go somewhere else. When I voiced my disappointed and frustration, I was told that I no longer had the option to stay there because I was now put a list and not allowed to stay there. I told the manager that was inappropriate. I was then forced to find another hotel and pay another place. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank from this place, as they still charged me for a room that I did not stay in. I also currently have a case open with Choice Hotel headquarters for her behavior and the way I was treated by the manager Jackie.
