The man who checked us in was not helpful and on the verge of rude. We had to pay 17.00 dollars to park overnight in their private parking lot. Our toilet stopped up and when I went downstairs to use the public restrooms there was no overhead lights. NO COOKIES!! Never again.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating during my stay! I had to push back my checkout time due to flight delays and they allowed me to stay without any charge. The beds were cozy and of course I have to rave about their famous cookies. 10/10 stay!

The delicious chocolate chip cookies given to the guests when checking was a nice touch. I was given 3 cookies when I checked in, for the 3 nights I was staying. Pleasant staff all around-hotel staff, restaurant, snd shuttle. A nice variety on menu at the restaurant and nice choices of wines. Having airport shuttle was one of my reasons I chose Double Tree, in Denver. This was my first time staying at a Double Tree Hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you! Keep doing a fantastic job!

Shuttle was 8 min late for ride back to airport but no biggie. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not like fact that you need provide personal data in order to connect to the Wi-Fi. Cookie at check-in was nice touch. Definitely recommend this airport hotel

Washer ruined two brand new white shirts and socks. Had to go get quarters from a gas station to use the washer just for it to ruin my clothes. No late breakfast options at restaurant. Cane through expedia and was way over charged once I checked in compared to booking price, they cancelled expedia booking and rebooked me through the hotel. Their coffee shop was closed at 12pm? Ive stayed here before but this will likely be my last stay.

$16 to park in hotel lot is obscene! No refrigerator in room. No microwave in room. Room was clean and large. Same for bathroom. Staff was courteous. $16 to park is outrageous.
