All of the staff were super friendly & helpful! From the valet attendant to the check in person, bartender and greeter. That blew me away!

Our reservation was changed to a junior suite…. Which was fine but the pull out couch had no sheets or pillows. Called for it once and was told would be right up. Left for a couple hours and came back to no sheets (now bed time). When we called this time, they were brought up immediately. We did need some toiletries that were forgotten and they could not accomodate:: disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The staff was amazing and welcoming. They were always greeting guests and making sure everything was going right with their stay. I would definitely stay there again.
