This second story condo has 2 large bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private balcony. The third bedroom / loft has it's own bath and office area, and can be used as an office. The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings. The lovely open concept kitchen with granite countertops and pine cabinets opens to the dining area and living room. One balcony is located off of the living areas and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room also features a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The Windmill Creek complex, situated in Englewood, is conveniently located to the Denver Tech Center, and in the Cherry Creek School District. The property also sits close to the Centennial Airport, Denver Broncos practice facility, as well as several shops and parks, including the Cherry Creek Reservoir. Cherry Creek reservoir has miles of biking and walking paths around a huge reservoir complete with a marina, boat storage and rental. There is a rifle range, and a remote control airplane flying area. It’s a fabulous national park with tons of fun outdoor activities. It even has jet skis available for rent. Colorado getaway with friends

The house was great and roomy! There was 6 of us and we had a blast! Great location, easy access to freeways and shopping/ restaurants. Ethan the host was very attentive. We asked for 2 more chairs for the dining room table and he brought us them the same day! Would definitely stay here when we come to visit again!

Englewood Family Visit

Beautiful, well-cared for property conveniently located to our daughter and Denver sights. There were very few minor glitches (TV operation, dishwasher..), but when they developed the owner, Ethan, was responsive and quickly provided fixes, including replacing the dishwasher. When we return to the Denver area, we will certainly call Ethan to rebook.

Very comfortable condo in a quiet area

This condo was perfect for our stay! Plenty of space to spread out and the closets were large! We really enjoyed the comfortable mattress in the master bedroom and the location was close to most everything but was very quiet. Also loved the well equipped gym that we used during out stay. I cooked a fair amount and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with all essentials. The only thing I thought could be improved was the sharpness of the knives/cutlery, but most wouldn't notice it if they don't cook! The owner is very responsive to any questions/needs. Would definitely return and we highly recommend!

Terrific Owner and Property!

First of all, Ethan as owner of this property, was very responsive to any inquiry we had from the initial review of the property, to maintenance inquiries and checkout/refund. He always promptly responded and completely satisfied our requests. He toured us around the property prior to leasing showing us all the amenities within the condo and appurtenant to the condo. The property itself is comfortable, quiet and beautiful as the pictures show. We loved the main floor living that included 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets, a full laundry room, a completely stocked kitchen that included dishes, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc. down to measuring cups and spoons. We enjoyed the DIsh TV service and lounging couches for relaxing and entertaining. The upstairs loft served as the extra room we needed for our daughter's visits and for our daily office needs. We set up our computer, hooked up the printer, logged onto the internet and in short order we resumed our office. We had an issue with the fireplace pilot light going out and light bulbs in the tall ceiling needing replacement. Within minutes of my call to Ethan, he responded to inquire when his handyman could come by to remedy these minor issues. Within 24 hours the simple tasks were completed by very prompt, professional handymen. The workout room is a tremendous amenity. It has excellent cardio equipment and weight equipment. There is a lovely pool area but not open during the season of our stay. I'm sure it would have been a nice amenity as well. An added benefit is the convenient location of the condo to Cherry Creek Trail system where you can walk or bike for miles on beautiful, wide, concrete paths. It is also convenient to shopping, a great variety of restaurants and entertainment such as bowling and movies. Access to I225 and I25 is also quick and easy. Overall, a 5 star experience! Thanks Ethan for providing a lovely home and stay while our new home was being completed.
